New professional avenues

Human Partnering is an essential skill set for the future. In a time when AI takes over many tasks, what remains uniquely human—and crucial for every profession—is the ability to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and connect with empathy and presence. In our programs, you learn to coach others effectively and bring out their best. You also learn to approach your own work and human interactions with greater awareness and impact while developing deeper insight into your patterns, emotions, and presence. Bossert Academy offers programs accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Level 1, Level 2 and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC)—the global gold standard in coach education.

Educate leaders

What makes our Academy special?

You will learn coaching in our distinctive Human Partnering style—focusing on what truly matters: the person in front of you. You’ll gain the mindset, methods, and foundations to engage with others with depth and impact.

You’ll learn and practice with your future target group—a carefully selected community of senior leaders, founders, and professionals from diverse fields who will continue to inspire and support you long after the program ends.

We invest substantial time in practice and guided self-discovery, using modern online platforms for all learning that can happen between in-person sessions. This allows us to focus our time together entirely on reflection, dialogue, and real human connection.

Good Reasons

Why Bossert Academy?

High-level ICF accreditation

Bossert Academy is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Level 1, Level 2, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) — the gold standard for professional coach education. Depending on the course, you will receive an ICF Level 1, Level 2, or AATC diploma. All are internationally recognized and provide streamlined access to ICF credentialing.

With a Level 1 diploma, you can apply to ICF for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential once you have completed 100 coaching hours and passed the external ICF ACC Exam.

The same Level 2 certificate can support an ACC application after 100 hours and once you have the additional 400 hours coaching practice, a PCC application.

The AATC certificate provides the accredited team-coaching education and coaching-supervision components for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC). Applicants must also hold an active ICF credential, complete five eligible team-coaching engagements and pass the external ICF Team Coaching Certification Exam.

All three routes provide a more structured and secure path to ICF certification than the more complex and less certain portfolio application.

There is a craft to coaching. Every serious coaching school teaches established techniques. Bossert Academy also introduces you to Human Partnering, our distinctive coaching approach, which engages deeper human dimensions. Like learning from excellent chefs while mastering the basics, this gives you inspiration from which to develop your own authentic and impactful coaching style.

It is inspiring to learn coaching within a carefully curated community of ambitious, experienced professionals who bring diverse perspectives from corporate environments, start-ups, private equity, academia, and the arts. Our participants include managers, researchers, founders, consultants, and senior leaders from international firms and institutions.

This exchange creates a stimulating learning environment during the program and continues beyond it through regular alumni gatherings in cities such as Munich, Zürich, London, and Amsterdam. Bossert Academy courses are admission-based to ensure a strong fit and a cohesive, engaging community experience that endures over time.

Our coaching education is also a journey of self-discovery. The many interactions between faculty and participants, as well as peer-to-peer coaching sessions, offer countless moments of insight, reflection, and personal growth. You will be part of an inspiring community of co-learners and have continuous access to senior faculty coaches throughout the course.

The structure of the training invites deep personal reflection and helps you become aware of your own inner patterns and perspectives. This self-awareness is essential for every coach to avoid unconscious bias and be truly present with others. Even those who tend to avoid inner work often find themselves naturally engaging in the process. Many describe the journey as eye-opening and profoundly transformative.

Our course includes topics that go beyond the standard content of coaching courses. To expand your view of coaching, we have added sections on neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and the philosophy of coaching.

At Bossert Academy, you will not be limited to learning from a single master coach. Many coach-training programs follow a single strict method, which can leave participants feeling constrained or unsure of their own instincts. Our faculty includes several senior PCC- and MCC-level coaches, each with a distinct coaching approach and substantial professional experience.

This broad exposure allows you to experience a range of coaching styles and perspectives. It gives you space to explore what truly resonates with you, helping you develop your own distinct voice and presence as a coach.

In a dedicated workshop, we help you define your unique selling proposition (USP) and develop a coaching identity that feels authentic and is easy to communicate. You will leave the program with professional coaching competence and a coaching style that is genuinely your own.

Houng

Huong Do

Commercial Projects Team Lead, adventurer and philomath

Huong combines academic depth with operational discipline. Trained in psychology, she has built a career at the intersection of human development, research, and project leadership. At Bossert Associates, she leads complex corporate initiatives that connect universities such as LMU and TUM with global companies like Allianz, shaping projects on diversity, inclusion, and leadership.

Her way of working is marked by intellectual curiosity—she questions assumptions, integrates research evidence, and translates insights into workable solutions. Colleagues value her ability to create structure in ambiguity, keep multiple stakeholders aligned, and maintain calm focus even under pressure. Beyond project delivery, Huong acts as a cultural bridge: she listens attentively, brings out quieter voices, and ensures that different perspectives are not only heard but synthesized into coherent outcomes.

What makes her stand out is her combination of rigor and openness. Whether exploring new ideas in behavioral science or navigating operational deadlines, Huong brings both thoughtfulness and reliability—qualities that make her a backbone of our commercial projects team.

Choose your route

Which Bossert Academy program is right for you?

Frequently asked questions

Which program is right for someone new to coach education?

Choose FC for an ICF Level 1 foundation. Choose BIA if you want to begin with the complete ICF Level 2 education and a longer developmental journey toward PCC-level coaching competence.

What is the difference between BIA and FC?

FC is the shorter Level 1 foundation. It combines live online learning, two in-person training days in Munich, and practice between workshops. FC goes beyond the required Level 1 basics while remaining an accessible first step into coach education. BIA is the complete Level 2 journey, built around three intensive in-person workshop blocks. It covers the full coach-education requirements for the pathway to the ICF PCC credential and provides a full-immersion developmental experience through repeated coaching practice, observation, feedback, reflection, and being coached.

Can prior coach education be recognized?

The Upgrade Program is designed for trained coaches. Bossert Academy reviews prior education and documentation, explains which Bossert elements remain, and issues a Level 2 certificate only after all applicable Level 2 program requirements have been completed.

How do Bossert Academy certificates support ICF credentials?

A Level 1 certificate supports your route to ACC. A Level 2 certificate can support your route to either ACC or PCC. An AATC certificate supports your route to ACTC for team coaching. You apply directly to ICF and must also complete the coaching hours, practical experience, and ICF exams required for the relevant credential.

Is Bossert Academy suitable for senior leaders who do not plan to become full-time coaches?

Yes. Many participants use the programs to strengthen listening, presence, self-awareness, difficult conversations, and developmental leadership while continuing in senior professional roles.

What is Human Partnering?

Human partnerning is a method in which the executive coach interacts with you. A form of coaching, if you like.

“Coaching” has become a commodity that you can purchase with ease on online platforms. This common form of coaching aims to help you solve the problem of a situation you are currently facing or let you gain some new skills. It does not aim for the deeper personal level because this is “too personal” – or, in a way, too scary.

Then there is a whole industry of “wellness coaching”. Taking time off in a luxurious offsite, finding your inner self, hugging trees. Nice. Yet all too often, this relaxation evaporates in the “real world,” in which you face a multitude of challenges, be it in your profession, your relationships, your family, and the social fabric you have woven around you. These are challenges you have chosen to face, often cheerfully, and they deserve to be taken into account.

Human Partnering takes a different approach. It partners with you to address the most personal issues. The coach accompanies you and supports, at the right moment, to discover, address, and gradually resolve the hidden – and sometimes not so hidden – topics that are of real importance to you as a person. The coach will then return with you to the concrete situation that currently occupies you and help, if required, to apply what has been found on a more fundamental level to the concrete issue at hand.
