New professional avenues

Human Partnering is one of the most essential skill sets for the future. In a time when AI takes over many tasks, what remains uniquely human—and crucial for every profession—is the ability to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and connect with empathy and presence. In our programs, you learn to coach others effectively, bringing out their best; you learn to do your own work differently, with more awareness and impact in any human interaction; and you develop yourself—gaining deeper insight into your own patterns, emotions, and presence. Bossert Academy is accredited at Levels 1, 2, and ACTC by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global gold standard in coach education.

Educate leaders

What makes our Academy special?

You will learn coaching in our distinctive Human Partnering style—focusing on what truly matters: the person in front of you. You’ll gain the mindset, methods, and foundations to engage with others at depth and impact.

You’ll learn and practice with your future target group—a carefully selected community of senior leaders, founders, and professionals from diverse fields who will continue to inspire and support you long after the program ends.

We invest substantial time in practice and guided self-discovery, using modern online platforms for all learning that can happen between in-person sessions. This allows us to focus our time together entirely on reflection, dialogue, and real human connection.

good Reasons

Why Bossert Academy?

High level ICF accreditation

Bossert Academy is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Level 1, Level 2, and Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) — the gold standard for professional coach education. Depending on the course, you will receive an ICF Level 1, Level 2, or AATC diploma. All are internationally recognized and provide streamlined access to ICF credentialing.

With a Level 1 diploma, you can apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential once you have completed 100 coaching hours and passed the ICF exam through a straightforward online process.

With a Level 2 diploma, you can either apply for ACC under the same conditions or, after accumulating 500 hours of coaching experience, apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. The Level 2 diploma can be used twice, first for ACC and later for PCC.

The AATC diploma qualifies you for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), the highest international recognition for professional team coaches.

All three routes provide a more structured and secure path to ICF certification than the more complex and less certain portfolio application.

There certainly is a craft of coaching. Every serious coaching school will teach you a canon of techniques. Yet Bossert Academy will introduce you also to its iconic coaching style, Human Partnering, that touches deeper human levels. It is like getting an idea of the techniques of world-class chefs right when you start to learn the basics of cooking. From there you can develop your own style of coaching with true impact.

It is inspiring to learn coaching alongside ambitious, professional learners who bring diverse experiences from corporate environments, start-ups, private equity, academia, and the arts. Our participants include experienced managers, researchers, founders, consultants, and senior leaders from international firms and institutions. This mix of perspectives creates a stimulating learning environment and elevates the quality of dialogue in workshops and peer groups. Bossert Academy courses are admission-based to ensure a strong fit and a balanced, engaging cohort experience.

Our coaching education is also a journey of self-discovery. The many interactions between faculty and participants, as well as peer-to-peer coaching sessions, offer countless moments of insight, reflection, and personal growth. You will be part of an inspiring community of co-learners and have continuous access to senior faculty coaches throughout the course.

The structure of the training invites deep personal reflection and helps you become aware of your own inner patterns and perspectives. This self-awareness is essential for every coach to avoid unconscious bias and be truly present with others. Even those who tend to avoid inner work often find themselves naturally engaging in the process. Many describe the journey as eye-opening and profoundly transformative.

Our course entails topics that go beyond the standard contents of coaching courses. To expand your view of coaching, we have added sections on neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and the philosophy of coaching.

At Bossert Academy, you will not be limited to learning from a single master coach. Many coach trainings follow one strict method, which can leave participants feeling constrained or unsure of their own instincts. In contrast, our faculty includes several senior coaches at MCC and PCC level, each with their own unique coaching approach and impressive professional profile.

This broad exposure allows you to experience a range of coaching styles and perspectives. It opens the space to explore what truly resonates with you, helping you develop your own distinct voice and presence as a coach.

In a dedicated workshop, we guide you to define your Unique Selling Proposition (USP), resulting in a coaching identity that feels authentic and is easy to communicate in the market. You will leave the program not only with professional competence but with a coaching style that is genuinely your own.

Houng

Huong Do

Commercial Projects Team Lead, adventurer and philomath

Huong combines academic depth with operational discipline. Trained in psychology, she has built a career at the intersection of human development, research, and project leadership. At Bossert Associates, she leads complex corporate initiatives that connect universities such as LMU and TUM with global companies like Allianz, shaping projects on diversity, inclusion, and leadership.

Her way of working is marked by intellectual curiosity—she questions assumptions, integrates research evidence, and translates insights into workable solutions. Colleagues value her ability to create structure in ambiguity, keep multiple stakeholders aligned, and maintain calm focus even under pressure. Beyond project delivery, Huong acts as a cultural bridge: she listens attentively, brings out quieter voices, and ensures that different perspectives are not only heard but synthesized into coherent outcomes.

What makes her stand out is her combination of rigor and openness. Whether exploring new ideas in behavioral science or navigating operational deadlines, Huong brings both thoughtfulness and reliability—qualities that make her a backbone of our commercial projects team.

What is Human Partnering?

Human partnerning is a method in which the executive coach interacts with you. A form of coaching, if you like.

“Coaching” has become a commodity that you can purchase with ease on online platforms. This common form of coaching aims to help you solve the problem of a situation you are currently facing or let you gain some new skills. It does not aim for the deeper personal level because this is “too personal” – or, in a way, too scary.

Then there is a whole industry of “wellness coaching”. Taking time off in a luxurious offsite, finding your inner self, hugging trees. Nice. Yet all too often, this relaxation evaporates in the “real world,” in which you face a multitude of challenges, be it in your profession, your relationships, your family, and the social fabric you have woven around you. These are challenges you have chosen to face, often cheerfully, and they deserve to be taken into account.

Human Partnering takes a different approach. It partners with you to address the most personal issues. The coach accompanies you and supports, at the right moment, to discover, address, and gradually resolve the hidden – and sometimes not so hidden – topics that are of real importance to you as a person. The coach will then return with you to the concrete situation that currently occupies you and help, if required, to apply what has been found on a more fundamental level to the concrete issue at hand.
