Coaching Credential Upgrade Program (UP)

Intro

Step Up your Coaching Credential

This course is designed for experienced coaches who want to earn an ICF credential at either Level 1 or Level 2, depending on their prior experience.

Our program is fully accredited as an ICF Level 2 training. It includes all the elements required by the ICF, such as training hours, mentor coaching, and performance evaluations. Depending on your coaching background, this course can either lead to your first ICF credential at Level 1, Level 2, or your portfolio credentialing.

If your goal is to become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), this program provides you with the accredited Level 2 certificate setting you on the path for the PCC credential, once you have met the additional requirements around client coaching hours and exam. We support you closely along this journey to help you reach that next level.

Your path

Developing your true professional self

Grow your coaching practice through ICF-accredited Level 2 training within a community of experienced coaches.

ICF Certification Made Simple

The ICF is the leading global institution for coaching credentials. International corporations increasingly demand an internationally recognised coaching certification.

Our school has the Level 2 ICF accreditation. A Level 2 diploma offers you the most efficient and reliable access to your personal ICF accreditation. With 500 practice hours plus an online multiple-choice test you can achieve your PCC accreditation, the standard of highly professional coaches.

100 hours coaching practice allows you to get an ACC credentialed.

This path is the only one that does not demand for additional mentor coaching hours and assessment of recordings.

An initial coach training course often helps us to have clarity on the coaching process and safety on how to work with different goals your client might bring to the session.

However, over time we can develop some habits we are not totally happy with and which we want to improve. Daring to change is often difficult in paid work.

We offer you a huge field of practice with feedback from very senior coach trainers and the chance to bring your work to the next level.

Your style will be different and will be even more individual and unique once you go through this journey!

We learn best from and with others.

The feedback of your peers, all trained coaches, will be a great resource for your learning.
You will be inspired by observing different styles and personalities at work.

This group will be hand selected and fulfill our high demands in regards to their coaching skills as they will represent our brand in the market and join over 250 alumni of Bossert Academy.

We strive to provide diversity within the class to enrich your learning with unique personalities and skill sets.

A strong base

Person focused coaching approach

Our coaching approach lifts the situational issue to the personal level.

Coaching at person level enables true personal development. The coachee will not only handle the current situation but grow into mastering future situations.

This approach requires a true interest in the person you are coaching and an extended understanding of inner dynamics.

The course is demanding but this comes with a huge advantage: we teach above the PCC level of coaching needed for your exam. This provides you with an exceptionally strong base for the future.

What is Human Partnering?

Human partnerning is a method in which the executive coach interacts with you. A form of coaching, if you like.

“Coaching” has become a commodity that you can purchase with ease on online platforms. This common form of coaching aims to help you solve the problem of a situation you are currently facing or let you gain some new skills. It does not aim for the deeper personal level because this is “too personal” – or, in a way, too scary.

Then there is a whole industry of “wellness coaching”. Taking time off in a luxurious offsite, finding your inner self, hugging trees. Nice. Yet all too often, this relaxation evaporates in the “real world,” in which you face a multitude of challenges, be it in your profession, your relationships, your family, and the social fabric you have woven around you. These are challenges you have chosen to face, often cheerfully, and they deserve to be taken into account.

Human Partnering takes a different approach. It partners with you to address the most personal issues. The coach accompanies you and supports, at the right moment, to discover, address, and gradually resolve the hidden – and sometimes not so hidden – topics that are of real importance to you as a person. The coach will then return with you to the concrete situation that currently occupies you and help, if required, to apply what has been found on a more fundamental level to the concrete issue at hand.
